After high school, Jon felt called to serve his community. He started a small business to create local jobs and opportunities for economic empowerment and provide guidance to the youth and community he lived in. He then became a pastor to guide and support those in need. Through his work as a business owner, community leader, and active youth pastor, Jon helped countless families through difficult times.
 
For many years, Jon has worked tirelessly as a community activist and businessman in North Philly. He has an unmatched understanding of the issues facing residents and a proven track record of results. Whether it’s helping seniors avoid scams or helping to create afterschool programs for youth, Jon's focus has always been on practical solutions to lift up hard-working families.
 
Now, Jon sees an opportunity to take his advocacy for the community to the next level. He is running for State Representative in the 181st district to continue fighting for Philadelphia residents at the state government level. Jon believes that with the right leadership, communities can thrive. But special interests don't want real change and will spend heavily to maintain the status quo.
